Decoiling

A decoiler unwinds steel coil, which can be fed into continuously running machinery such as roll formers or automatic punches. Steel coils are used by various industries, as this type of metal is ideal for building panels, walls, roof panels, power stations, ships, and various other projects and construction undertakings. In addition to different sizes of steel coils, there are also two different primary types: Cold-rolled steel coils.

Slitting Line

• Machine used for slitting, shearing and cutting of the coil to the specified length and width.
• This results in a perfectly flat sheet of steel which is ready to use in fabrication / manufacturing process.
• We use computerized machine for fast and highly precise dimension & perfectly flat sheet or plate from coils.

CNC Press Brake

In this machine, Sheet or flat are deformed or bend by applying force to the subject, which causes it to bend at an angle and form the anticipated shape, which often results in it being in a 'V' or a 'U' shape. We use CNC machines for bending operations. This machine is characterized by extreme in consistent, angular precision, along the entire length of the bent.

Laser Cutting Machine

In our Laser cutting machine, laser is used to vaporize materials, resulting in a cut edge. Easier work holding and reduced contamination of workpiece Precision is high, since the laser beam does not wear during the process There is also a reduced chance of warping the material that is being cut, as laser systems have a small heat-affected zone.We use computerized laser cutting machines for highly precise cutting of sheet metal and plates Utilization of this machine helps us to speed up our production and eliminate manual error. Laser cutting for metals has the advantages over plasma cutting of being using less energy when cutting sheet metal however, most industrial lasers cannot cut through the greater metal thickness that plasma can.

CNC Plasma & Ox fuel

In our Plasma cutting machine, we cuts sheets ( Electrically conductive materials) by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Due to the high speed and precision cuts combined with low cost, plasma cutting sees widespread use. Plasma cutting is an effective way of cutting thin and thick materials alike. We use computerized plasma cutting machines for highly precise cutting of sheet metal. Utilization of this machine helps us to speed up our production and eliminate manual error.

Purlin Forming Machine

We manufacture multi-size C and Z purlin channels through CNC Purlin machine. Automatic Interchangeable C and Z machine with the advantage of Easy to operate PLC based system used to change between C and Z purlin in an instant without any hassle. The C and Z purlin produced by this machine are of precise, high quality and scratch less material

H Beam Fabrication Machine

This is special machine for H beam assembling, welding and straightening, it combines the three processes into one machine, thus improves productivity, reduces cost, and saves the installation space. It can produce H beam and T beam.
